PortaPros Credit Card Processing Fees

Effective Date: February 2025

Dear Valued Customer,

We are committed to providing the best service experience possible, and to that end, we are excited to announce the launch of our new QuikLinks Customer Portal on January 6, 2025. This portal will provide you with 24/7 access to your account, making it easier than ever to view invoices, manage contracts, and process payments.

Along with this enhancement, we will be implementing a credit card processing surcharge.

Why the Change?

Credit cards provide added convenience, rewards, and security, but they also come with processing costs. To continue offering the option to pay via credit card while managing these costs, we are introducing a 3% surcharge on all credit card payments.

What You Need to Know:

  • The surcharge will be 3% of your transaction and will be clearly displayed at the time of payment.
  • Other payment options, such as ACH, debit card, or mailed check, will remain available without any additional fees.
  • Payments made via ACH or check through the new QuikLinks Customer Portal will not accrue any processing fees, providing a cost-effective and convenient way to manage your account.
  • Customers who are enrolled in auto-payment as of December 31, 2024, will not be subject to the credit card processing fee.
  • This change aligns with industry standards and ensures we can continue to provide excellent service.
