The number of portable sanitation units required depends on the size and duration of your event. At PortaPros, we recommend one unit for every 75 guests for a typical 4-hour event. Our event calculator can suggest the number of toilets you may need for your upcoming event. For larger or longer events, our team will provide a customized recommendation to ensure your guests are comfortable and well-served.

Our pricing is competitive and tailored to fit the unique needs of your event. We offer various rental packages and discounts, especially for multi-day events or bulk orders. Contact us for a detailed quote based on your specific requirements, and we’ll work with you to provide a solution that fits your budget without compromising on quality.

To ensure availability and the best selection, we recommend booking our services as early as possible. Ideally, securing your reservation 3-6 months in advance is best; this gives us enough time to identify the logistics of the event and how or where our products and services fit into your plan. However, we understand that plans can change, so we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
